Mr. Sathish Kumar Elango has over 24 years of experience in the legal profession, including pre-enrolment experience. His areas of practice include corporate advisory, real estate, litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
He has previously worked with PSA Legal, including in the capacity of Senior Associate and Chennai Head, and has professional experience with other law firms and corporate groups.
He holds an MBA (HR & Finance) and has completed mediator training at the Madras High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Mrs. Ranjani Srinivasan practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law and advises Indian and overseas companies on transactional and advisory matters.
Prior to co-founding Sathish Kumar & Ranjani (SKAR), she worked with R & P Partners (formerly Rangarajan & Prabhakaran).
Her areas of practice include corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and transaction-related advisory.
